Product: lenovo ideapad s340
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I had a really old samsung laptop (windows 8 I think) that wouldn't update so I had to buy a new laptop. I went for the lenovo and bought word as part of the package. I was previously using a free word type programme that I can't remember the name of now. I print a lot of stickers for my business and now I can't as they line up to the downloaded template on screen but when they print I have an inch gap at the bottom??? I have tried changing the size of the paper in both word and printer settings and nothing works. please help me.....It's driving me crazy
