document scanning issue

Product Name: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When scanning documents from the autofeeder, a pink line always prints down the entire page.  This doesn't happen when scanning from the glass.  Is there a way to access the roller to see if it needs cleaning?  Wireless connection.
