when I print double sided, flip on long side, I get flip on short side printing.

Depending on portrait or landscape you have to change long or short edge to suit your requiremant.

I get the same problem on an HP 8625. In portrait mode, flip on long side and flip on short side produces the same results.... the back side of each duplex page is always upside down. I have power-cycled printer and PC (Win 10, MS Word Office 365) and tried changing long/short through the Control Panel,the MS Word app and Adobe Acrobat.
