Hi, i recently purchased a HP printer and it has stopped printing in colour ink.. It only prints in black. I had no problems connecting the printer to the computer and don't know what has happened. I was told by one of your coleaegues at help support too remove the ink jet from the control panel and re install it again. That's why i need to re download the driver so that the printers can work..

Please can you send me the drivers.
