My problem is with an Envy 5646 that no longer positions label content correctly within an A4 Avery template. All other printing functions operate normally.

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
If the issue only occurs while printing from Avery application, check the settings on the app or contact its manufacturer for more help on the app.
