email printer output is double; has a shadow. I have cleaned the printer via instructions; aligned;

email printer output is double; has a shadow.

I have cleaned the printer via instructions; aligned; change the ink; use the HP print and scan doctor; and rebooted. Nothing has worked. Any different suggestions?

Hi,

 

I see that you are having print quality issues, could you please provide a little more information to assist you better?

does this happen while copying too?

i mean if you try to copy something from the scan bed or the ADF do you encounter this issue or is it just while printing something from the PC?

did you make any changes to the printer like changing cartridges before this issue started?

is there enough in in the cartridges?

Aw I stated in my initial message: this only occurs when printing email,

I have tried your suggestions: hasn't worked.

 

Again:

I have cleaned the printer via instructions; aligned; change the ink; use the HP print and scan doctor; and rebooted. Nothing has worked.

This occurs only when printing email Any different suggestions?

If this is happening only from the Email, that means the hardware is fine, its just some settings in the s/w thats causing this.

 

are you using a browser to open the email and then print it? or are you using outlook?

if you are using a browser then try a different browser, like chrome or edge or firefox browser.
