Envy 5642

Hi,

I tried to do some black and white printing, but while printing, there was suddenly a colour ink catridge problem, which I eventually changed the catridge thinking it would be resolved.

After changing the catridge, I tried to do align printer, but alignment is unsuccessful.

When i tried to do Clean Catridges, it only printed black and magenta. It didnt print out yellow and cyan despite the ink level showing it is full, and that this is a new catridge.

As this is a printer which I seldom use, I am quite annoyed that it doesn't work when I need it to. And I have turned off the main power when it is not in use.

Is there anything that I can do besides sending it to the service centre? My warranty ended in December 2016 unfortunately.

I tried printing from my computer and it is the same, I only see black and magenta.
