Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

still in warranty print quality poor talked to support , sent me a used one dosn't work called support they said would send me another used printer I said I want a new one after all I bought new one, been waiting 2 weeks for a call or email from manager to give authorization for new one, have called support again told me I have to wait for call or email from manager, terrible communication. I have 3 hp laptops, 1 desktop and have had numerous hp printers in past. I guess will have to switch to another brand in the future...
