There is a problem while printing one particular PDF A5 document on HP OfficeJet Pro 8210. Sometimes just led blinking and printer does nothing and sometime an error occurs on the printer screen - 0xb8b1db76. I think this is a case for HP support but I am not able to find how to sent it to them, so I am posting on community.

I can't attach this PDF here on community because there are personal information on it, maybe someone form support team could answer for this post.

 

printer: HP OfficeJet Pro 8210

firmware version: TESPDLPP1N001.1937C.00

Thank you for your answer.

Actually, I forgot mention that the error occurs using Google Cloud Print. I've tried few android smartphones/tablets and two or three different apps. The same problem/error.
