I get a blue screen with the following: B86EB646 and I just can't figure out what is wrong. it is not doing any functions.? Model 7855 HP ENVY

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Check for any jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely.
Refer to the steps mentioned in this document.
If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
