error message 0XB8000530

ExamOfficejet 4632
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I get the error message above. When I open the top to take out the cartridges to reset the printer, the cartridges stay to the right and don't move to the center so they can be removed. Anyone know what the problem is?

Looks like there is a carriage jam. I would recommend you follow the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' to resolve the issue.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
