false paper jam can't be cleared on HP Officejet Pro 8620, after trying everything suggested, multiple times. Have reinstalled all the software & firmware as applicable. When doing a troubleshoot check via Devices and Printers, message says "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem'. I've redone all the requested checks, turned the printer on & off - both multiple times!!! Please help if you can. If not, it's a two hour trip, each way, for me to get it assessed professionally.

In order to mitigate this incident, please follow the instructions in the HP link Paper Jam Error.
If the problem persists, I sent you a private message with an advanced printer reset procedure.
