Product: hp officejet pro 7720

Feature locked

 

I have a new router and can not connect due to features locked by person who set up printer (me).

 

I set up the printer and do not remember setting a password or locking features, can anyone help please?

I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
