Let's try these steps to restore the network settings -
Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

i try both ways but the problem still persists. when i enter the printer configuration part either with HP print and scan doctor or from the web interface
from the direct wifi of my smartphone it always asks me for the admin account and passwords
I searched all over the net and I tried several tips and combinations without results :(
when I try the manipulation of the power + cancel button the printer printed a page of "report state printer"
but without which it is renisialise .
