Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just had a new router installed.  I can't get my printer to print wireless.  i'm not tech savvy and don't understand the words used in online help (ha! non-help) scan doctor was way over my head.  I need to talk to a live person who can help.  HP doesn't like to provide that if it can help it.  Probably won't ever buy an HP product again.  When one sells something one should be available to service it and answer questions!!!

You can use the printer serial # to contact HP support if it is still in effect.

If the printer warranty is over take a look at page 169 of the users manual on how to reset the network settings.
