Hallo, I need help with my printer officejet 5230. 

I've reboot printer system as hp help sudjest, but my printer don't come. 

INACTIVE

How I can make printer active???

1) Are you trying to connect your printer to the network?

2) Are you getting any error message?

3) What's the operating system installed on the computer? 

4) Are you using a dual band router?
