Product: Photosnart 7520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Display is all scrambled... it will print... but all functions do not work. 

I'v e performed partial reset on other HP printers I have, and that solved my problem... and think this will do the same.

I have step-by-step instructions from HP on how to reset a HP Envy 5540 if you need them... solved many problems with that printer. Don't know why HP doesn't include these instructions for all their printers. 

They make a quality product, but every once-in-a-while it needs to have a reset done!
