i can not remove dynamic security with firmware update provided by HP (OJP8610_1828A.exe)

Hi,

What EXACT error message is shown on the printer screen?

A Dynamic Security problem ONLY applies if all three conditions  described below are true:

The firmware can be installed from the product support page as advised in the support document.

HP Recommended

It is not a solution if the update can not be installed in my printer and in many others.  I am sure that Dynamic security has infested my printer.
