I just enrolled in instant ink but the black ink cartridge was already empty (I used it up before setting up instant ink).
How do I know whether the ink is ordered? It doesn't say low / empty, it just says that a cartridge is present. Then when I look at past / future ink shipments there is nothing there. So that would suggest the computer hasn't picked up the fact I need more ink. How can I know for sure? Is there anything I can do to ensure I get sent some ink??
