Hello!

We are having a prbolem! When i try to installing my printer on the Instant ink i dont get the cailm code just the " Congratlation" page.

Hi,

From your picture, it seems as black ink is missing on the report and therefore the claim code isn't printed.

 

Do you have black ink available for your printer? see the ink level indicator on the small screen (on its bottom)

 

Try removing the Black cartridge from the printer and close the door, then repeat the steps to print the information sheet and the claim code should now be printed using the Tri-Color cartridge.

Oh my god yes. Thank you for your help. The printer is printed the cailm code just the color ink. Thank you for your help!
