Hello, when I try to print I get the following Error Code on the printer screen: 
0XB81FEBE4
What is the direction of the problem?

Is the copy working fine?

Where do you see the error message? (Printer or computer)

Could you please help me with the exact model name of the printer and the operating system of the computer?
