hp 6830 stopped printing black

Officejet Pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Suddenly stopped printing black. Have performed all maintenance process many times. All cartridges are HP. All 1/2 full. Driver is most recent. Removed and examined black cartridge - appears fine. Desperate for help. Frustrated all solutions refer to private messages. No real help visible to users

Does this happen while copying too? Let me know if you see any black on this report:

  1. Load plain white paper into the tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to scroll to Setup, and then touch the Setup icon . The Setup menu displays.

  3. Swipe the display to scroll to Reports, and then touch Reports.

  4. Touch Print Quality Report. The printer prints the report.

I sent a reply and a screen shot. Did you get it. I ran the test you recommended. There is still no black after executing all the possible remedies I've gotten so far. The screen shot was the quality text report. Please confirm you received it and if there is anything else I can do

Try changing the black cartridge. Let me know if that helps.
