Product: hp 8610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp printer 8610 - I got an error code 0x0 - So I manually  cleaned the print head .....Same code...Code reads " print head is missing or failed printhead....   Need Help...   Thanks

Please let me know the exact error message you are getting on the printer.

Have you tried to replace the printheads and checked? 

Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges and printheads?

 

In the meantime follow the instructions as mentioned in the above link.
