Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Envy 4523 that is 7 months old. 

It is only printing blank pages, I have checked the printer cartridges which are low but still have enough in them.

Can anyone help pls.

Hi - I am having the same problem with my Envy 4523 - I have followed the instructions on the link and have print tested several times after using the automatic print head cleaner!   What now!  Purchase new cartridge or get a Service?

I recommend you to contact phone support as you have mentioned that you have followed all the steps provided by the expert in the previous post.

 

Follow below steps to contact phone support.

 

Step 1. Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number
