hp deskjet 1050 j410 series not printing

HP Specter 360 and HP Deskjet 1050 j410 series printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp deskjet 1050 j410 series is not printing. 

I have tried every thing offered by HP to test and fix (HP printer doctor/troubleshooting online, etc ) but no use. 

I am able to print test pages but nothing else. Scanner is working fine. 

Kindly help!

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Is there any antivirus software installed on your computer?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
