Product: Deskjet 3520 seiries

I just got a new printer cabel for a wired connection. the printer is not available for printing what should I do?

Are you referring to a USB cable?

This model printer do not support an ethernet cable.

 

Kindly refer to USB Printer Setup (Windows) to know how to setup the printer using a USB cable.

Download and install the printer driver and then connect the USB cable when prompted by the software.
