I put a new HP black in Cartridge into my HP desktop jet 3760 printer but no alignment page prints. It doesn’t seem to recognise that I’ve changed the ink!

Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Perform step 3 from this document.
Refer to step 7 in this document to know how to align the printer manually.
