hp deskjet 4515 printer whitte screen

My printer hp deskjet 4515 showing a white screen although it works fine. Even the touch screen response is there. But white display and nothing is visible. Somebody kindly help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

I understand the printer display is washed off.

• Is there any damage to the screen?
• Make sure the protective tape is any on the screen is removed.
• Try connecting to a different wall outlet.

Reset the printer

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

While the printer is unplugged, hold the power button down for 10 seconds and release it.

Update the printer firmware
