Hi, I have a simple question. I can't seem to turn on my printer unless my computer is on. How do I fix that? I would like to be able to copy a document by scanning it and then printing it without turning on my computer. Thanks - J

I understand that you are unable to power on the printer without powering on the computer.

 

Normally, it is not required to power on the computer in order to power on the printer. This issue may occur if both the devices are connected to the same wall out (power source).
