dell optiplex 755
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My program is Microsoft works, computer is Del OptiPlex and using windows 7.

Just all of a sudden, when I send something to the printer, it prints in a much bigger font than I have on the computer. If I change the font on the computer, it still prints in the same too big font. I have no idea where to start. I checked printer setup but can find no help.

I have turned printer off then back on. This printer does not have the option of printing fit to page or anything.

Hi @Diana_1

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.

To better assist you -

1. Are you experiencing this issue while making a copy as well?

2. Have you tried printing from a different application or from a different device?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps -

1) Take out the cartridges.

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.

3) Wait for 30 seconds.

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
