Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For no apparant reason, my H470 has stopped working and giving a message in the 'Printer & Scanners' of the Control Panel - "driver is unavailable"

 

This is both with the Bluetooth and USB.

 

I tried to reinstall it from the original DVD but there was only the option to Exit as shown in attached image.

 

I uninstalled and then tried to reinstall but the same problems & error messages occured with both connections.

 

This is a great little printer but I'm stuck 😞

The full featured driver for Windows 10 is available for download from HP here.  

 

If there are still issues after installing the driver then running the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.  Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
