Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For 2 weeks this printer has been pulling out 2 sheets of paper each time for printing, even though it's not even a month old. Any suggestions?

Hi,

 

Thank you for contacting HP.

Please ensure the papers used are of good quality.

They should not be wrinkled or dirty.

Fan the papers properly before you place them in,

The papers should not be moist.

 

Also clean the paper pick rollers using lint free cloth and clear water.
