hp5510 wont print black

I have recently replaced my ink and now it wont print black. I have done all the diagnostic tests on the printer. cleaned print head and this doesn't solve the problem. I now have low ink levels and i haven't even printed one document. The printer has used all my ink through printing diagnostic tests. these are original hp ink replacement cartridges.

Are you using an HP genuine ink cartridge?

Have you tried checking with a different ink cartridge?

Replace any empty, low or faulty ink cartridges on the printer. Also, try cleaning the ink cartridge contacts and check if it helps.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report and evaluate the results.

Follow these steps to print a test page.

1. Load plain white U.S. letter or A4 size paper in the tray.

2. From the control panel home screen, touch the Right Arrow (), and then touch the Setup icon ().

3. Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report. A Print Quality Diagnostic Report prints.
