the arm with two large rollers on the right drop down and contact the paper but they never turn.By pushing the paper in the rear rollers work and the  paper prints

I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document An 'Out of Paper' Message Displays on the Control Panel and the All-in-One Does Not Pick Up Paper which will help you isolate and resolve the issue.

 

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
