we’ve been paying for the 50 sheets for months, i think since october. we only got one of the inks from the first month. after that we haven’t received any ink and we’re still paying for it and it’s not showing up.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, you are trying to order a replacement ink for your printer.

 

Don't worry, I'm here to help! 

 

HP will send you replacement cartridges before you run out of ink. When your enrolled printer is connected to the Internet, your printer automatically orders ink for you because it knows when you are low on ink.

 

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
    
If the suggested information can't be found, You may respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly
