Printer started erroring saying 'Incompatible Cartridge(s) The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer'
If you take out the black ink - the printer loads up ok in single cartridge mode.
Bought a new black ink cartridge and put this in but still getting same error message - can't get past it.
I've tried all the steps of doing hard reset and cleaning the nozzles/ink cartridge containers.
doesn't make any sense - please help

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
