I have purchased 63 cartridges from amazon to use it with the printer. The cartridges worked for the first couple weeks, but all of a sudden an error message popped up saying that those were incompatible cartridges. Ive tried rebooting the printer, and cleaning out the cartridges and its compartments.

Do you still get the error message if you insert your old ink in?
