hp officejet pro 8600 premium
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having an issue with replacing new ink for my hp Officejet pro 8600 premium printer.  my new inks are authentic hp ink but I  keep getting a message saying incompatible ink cartridge. I try resetting the printer, but the problem remains the same. Anyone in the hp community has a solution to this problem please let me know.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

If you insert your old ink, do you still get the error message? If yes, try these steps: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8600-e-all-in-one-printer-series-n911/4322914/...

 

If no, you could either return the ink cartridge to the store/website you purchased it from or contact the HP Support Team regarding this.
