Moved the printer from UAE to Norway
inc cartridge 652 in UAE ran out
Changed crtrige for HP 304XL recommended in Norway
Printer says incompatible cartrige
Online it says I need to update the firmware to get the computer updated to the correct region and cartrige
I cant do that as the printer will not allow whilst the error shows!
It seems to be a HP construct to force one to buy another printer? or can it be solved somehow bypassing the error to reset the printer

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
