I can not get cyan ink to print.  I have cleaned, aligned,  changed  ink and each print page is the same.  No cyan.  and there is no messages.  can you help me fix this or is it gone?  I have gone through dignostics also

Hello,

 

Since you have tried few steps and the issue still persists, i guess it could either be an issue where the Cyan cartridge is not rightly vented or the issue could be with the printhead.  

 

Below is the URL to the troubleshooting document that should be of help. Ensure you do not miss out on "Step 9: Make sure the ink cartridges are properly vented and seated correctly

If issue still persists, its time to get the printer serviced/replaced. Hence you may have to call HP Tech Support for further assistance.
