Product: hp inkjet 3755 all in one

I am having major difficulty installing the ink in this printer. I just got it today and if I do get one installed the white plastic guard is distorted and it doesn't slide well

If the steps in the video do not resolve the issue please give some more details.  It would help if you could describe what guard you mean.  You could also take a picture, then post it here using the camera icon above (just to the right of the link icon).
