instant ink :offline status

my new HP ENVY PHOTO 7155 printer has been unable to connect to web services since I bought it in april.

the printer shows up in my instant ink as unknown printer and unable to connect so it cannot order new ink.

i set up wirelessly. 

i have tried many things including assigning static ip address... it will not connect to web services from the printer at all. 

 

printer will print though, but i'm out of color ink now and will have to buy separately even though i have a free 5 month intro offer.

please advise

Hi @Nandrit

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to connect the printer to the web services. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

 

Check if the printer is connected to the Internet.

 

Restart the web services

Refer to this document to know how to turn it off. Turn on web services as mentioned in this document.

 

For more info on resolving this issue, kindly refer to this document.
