lost the ability to print 4x6 pictures...  get error message ...wrong paper

Which application are you using to print?

 

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click here to know how.

 

Make sure that the photo paper is loaded properly in the printer

Refer to this document to know how to load photo papers

 

You may watch this video to know how to change the paper size on the printer.

 

Also, check the print settings on the MAC. Make sure to choose the correct paper size.

Refer to this document.
