Hi,
Download and install the latest software by following HP Easy Start below, be sure to install both the HP Essential Software and HP Easy Scan to get full functionality:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

When I try to download driver, firmware, scan software from hp.com I have input OS: Mac; Version : 10.14.5. It does not recognise and says "modify"!!

 

Drivers for Mojave not available.

 

Please help

Download HP Easy Start directly from the link included in my previous post, this directly refers to the installation software as the HP support site does.

 

Adding in here as well the latest software:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

 

The latest firmware can be downloaded using below link:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/en5540/EN5540_R1831A.dmg
