a message about hp ink is installed but keeps coming up 10 or 20 times.
how can I stop it.

Are you using the ink cartridges that came with the printer?
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Try re-installing the ink cartridges.
Perform step 3 mentioned in this document.
