missing or failed printhead message photosmart 7525
Product: Dell latitude
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am getting this message of "missing or failed print head" - I've done all the suggested fixes but none seem to work. I've even been sent to a support page and find out it is not live and 404 message.
I am finding the HP support pages and "virtual" agent completely confusing and totally not helpful as well.
any help or suggestions before I go out and buy a cannon printer.
