Product: HP PHOTOSMART7520
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hi there, I keep getting the message 'missing or failed printhead' on my 7520 printer. I have thoroughly cleaned it using printer solution, leaving the printer head to soak for 48hrs, I have turned the printer on and off, cleaned the other connection but the message still keeps coming up. please help
