Product: Mac Desktop
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 about a year old with no problems until now, the screen is now blue with a code on it, B89F8384.

Does anyone know what that means and how to fix it?  I already tried unplugging everything but that didn't work.
