Hi, My hp office jet 8625 will not print...it has the error 

 

there is problem with the printer or ink system...

 

I have full ink!

 

What should I do?

 

I already turn the printer on/off for 60 sec and also flipped the ink jet arm and wiggled the ink...

please help me!!!!!

This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Resolving 'Print System Problem', 'Problem with Ink System' Errors.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
