Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

new hp 7155 printer keeps saying photo tray is empty but i want to print 8 1/2 x 11.  what setting am I missing.  new dell laptop with windows 10 and new hp 7155 printer.  keep getting photo tray is empty or printer in error mode.

Hi,

 

are you trying to print a document or a picture?

looks like the tray that is selected in the drivers is wrong.

Please refer to this document, this will help you select the right type of paper and the paper tray
